The purchase of a new home is the most significant business transaction of most people’s lives. Our goal is to make the legal aspects of closing as easy and stress-free as possible, so that you can focus on what’s most important: the practical details of moving into a new home. In preparing for your closing, we work with real estate agents, mortgage lenders, appraisers and land surveyors. We gather all of the necessary information from the parties, research the land title and obtain title insurance, prepare the legal documentation, and calculate the settlement statement.
On every transaction which comes through our office, we strive for a closing with no surprises, and no delays in signing the documentation and disbursing the funds. We value the trust you place in us, and we honor it by diligent preparation, attention to detail, and professional training and experience.
