We seek to provide superior legal service to clients, with an emphasis on detail, promptness, and cost effectiveness. Our goal is to build a strong attorney-client relationship through personal service, diligence and professionalism. As a part of the professional service Alan Carpenter was awarded the certified as a “Specialist in Real Property Law: Residential Transactions”, by the North Carolina State Bar Board of Legal Specialization In 1995. This certification is based upon demonstration of knowledge of the field by examination, peer review by other members of the Bar, and participation in continuing education programs. To our knowledge Alan Carpenter is the only attorney in Iredell County who has received this certification.
Since 1997, his office has been located at the Holly Hill Professional Building on Davie Avenue, but in 2023 the office moved to Broad Street in Statesville to make room for the firm's growth. His staff includes legal assistants Hope Milligan, Julie Caudle, Kenneth Holmes, Brantley Ostwalt, and Crystal Santibanez.
